Assalamualaikum.. HI HI HI there! This is my new blog after Galang Maya, Prasastiku and..... another one (I don't remember the name, Hiks!)
This is my first blog which written fully in English. I hope it may help me to enhance my writing skills and grammar knowledge, since I'm very week in both elements. Alright, as the first post, I would like to share about myself.
I'm Nur Ain Afizan, just call me Ain Afizan. I'm from Sandakan, Sabah and further my study as a student of Bachelor in English with Communication at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). I'm a free-spirited person, I like both indoor and outdoor (mostly) activities. So, I will filled my weekend or semester break with lots of activity, such as community services, creative arts programmes, sports, climbing mountain and more.
Well, recently.. I just go back from a program sponsored by Tourism Terengganu, which is Minggu Perpaduan (Unity Week). All ethnics in Malaysia gathered there, such as Sarawakian, Indian, Chinese, Sabahan, Orang Asli and Malay. Each ethic had their own exhibition. The best part in this program is, each ethnic should prepared their signature dishes! So, it's like a 'GOOD' luck for me because I can eat whatever I want! HOHOHO >.<
In this event, I was charged as a mascot or my ethnic, which is Sabahan (Borneo). there are two ethnic chosen to present Sabah in this exhibition, which are Kadazan Dusun and Bugis. I wear the
Bugisene traditional dress. Bugis is one of the ethnics in Sabah. It's my first time wearing such dress.. Well, it's a new experience tho. Finally, our exhibition win the second place as the attractive exhibition! Wohoooo!!!
